The lines of repeated code is completely foreign for JFIF codex.

I was looking at black/white steganography but I was not able to find anything. Doesn't mean something could be there. Some of the decrypting returns as one of the repeated lines which I noticed that the spacing is symmetrical. Could be Fibonacci sequenced in a way.
