I believe it has to do with free will. The choices of the godspark in each person on Earth are handicapped by the veil. It's possible that in life's quest for efficiency, it's considered inefficient to let these many sparks crack on with so much outside interference. I believe it would be considered an affront to God on any world where this was happening.

I view suffering as necessary to growth. However, without the wisdom to overcome suffering, my growth may stagnate. It's possible that my unprocessed suffering could provide nourishment to other beings if they have the wisdom to process that suffering into their own understanding. The mechanics of this would be guesses for me. Regardless, is this on the right path?

A thought on positives and negatives:
If God divided Himself in order to know Himself, then suffering nourishing the knowledge of God need not be viewed as positively or negatively oriented. Real understanding does not require emotionally charged biases. It does require empathy and respect.
