Isaac's notes can be found on RD's sub in one of the posts.
Most of them are on that site he provided with around 50 so scanned letters and notes Isaac personally wrote. Some of the pages are removed but most of them are enough open eyes and minds.

People have gotten lost in his notes for a long time looking for the stone or how to make one.
Isaac himself testifies that they intentionally made a labyrinth with their words so that people who lacked any areas of seeing a higher design, ethics, morality, faith and science would never reach these secrets. There are reasons for this confinement. It prevents people from perversion of power, weaponization or trying to selfishly corner humanity for selfish gain.

Today’s current direction of science has disastrously built barriers that prevent one to getting these philosopher’s works. I speculate this has intentionally been done to corner mankind and progressing to high status. Nihilistic views are ‘more accepted’ and then taught to our children. This creates barriers for future generations and absolutely limits us to never truly knowing Isaac’s words or those who creating the scientific/mathematical fields in the first place.

Think about what you were taught. Calculus? Physics? Light? Energy? Chemistry? This has been past on over generations through books and higher studies. Have you ever taken the time to actually go read Newton’s work? Or Einstein’s work? Or Tesla’s work? Why do we not teach all of his content? People brush off Isaac’s work because they cannot understand it but only accept other parts.

Walk with me. This is the Magnum Opus in hopes to show those to answer the beacon.

The stone is a natural capacitor of energy or designed to yield it like an empty battery. Too much and the stone will shatter, unless the stone is hardened or re-engineered to increase capacity. When charged, the energy is to the point of exceptional state that it creates natural fusion. The process of creation can take up to one to two years to make.
This allows for copying/transmuting/re-arranging atomic structures. It is somehow tied to the sun or can be used to communicate. Perhaps a component to assist in real-time. It can do much more other things as well, but I will not post that here.

I believe it can also assist in answering the beacon, but I do not know how.

There are two methods for the stone but there are many ways to make one.

The Amalgamation Method and the Collective Method.

Isaac did the Amalgamation Method.

Others did the Collective Method.

Collective Method is harvesting a organic/bodily element substance and then fueling it with energy. Then add gold/silver.

Amalgamation Method is growing crystalline gold/silver and then fueling it with energy.

There are also countless combinations that result in different yields/outputs… colors. Isaac almost blinded himself permanently from one and people thought he set his home on fire when they saw that special light coming from his windows. The stones in Leviticus may have been variants when they had real-time communication.

I will give some of the information out there, but it will not be all of it for those who do not value The One and humanity.
The Amalgamation Method is directly in his notes. Isaac goes step-by-step but there is a page or two missing, oddly enough… Some of them are encoded with encryption methods. He also used The Bible to encode his notes as well. Some of the encoded placeholders and denoted with a †. He also uses a method to replace his current text and ratios with previous/later text. Injection methods.

Mercury is mentioned a lot. It is almost on every page in Isaac’s work. Mercury means several things. Not just the element. It all depends on the context and which method one is at in the stages of developing a stone.
At one point he mentions Sulfuric Mercury. That is Amalgamation of gold being dissolved. When gold is dissolved from element mercury it looks sulfuric. Same goes for silver as this is the Moon. You see Sun and Moon a lot in old alchemy because that is actually Gold and Silver. The liquid behind has Nano-gold particles in it and this is used to help build the stone. Isaac did not know about nano-particles, but he knew the liquid was special/different.

Mercury is also a messenger. The One’s image runs through science and nature around us. In that context Isaac is referring to the allium species. In his method it is garlic. Allium literally translates to something close to “everything-in-one” species. They all grow the Fibonacci/Golden Ratio by design, hold specific elements related to our bodies and energy. Garlic is then broken down by fire. The ashes are not trash. It holds those elements and energy beyond what our eyes see.

Green Lyon. Alchemists led the science fields in their time, but they did not know states of matter or atoms. They used animals to describe chemical reactions or states for chemistry. Chemists think ‘green lyon’ is reaction related to copper. Did you know garlic turns blue-green from an acidic chemical reaction? That is your Green Lyon. Did you also know the hue of light produced for Electrum (GoldSilver Alloy) is green? This should be enough to explain those mysteries.

To learn this, one will find that the Pheonix is not an original animal of this science. It is foreign. The Pheonix is a step to making the stone because it is moving one of the main ingredients after ash.

Some of the secrets that escape science eyes is that Isaac uses faith in his words. A Maze of allegories and each word are a crossroads for you to get lost.

Jupiter is actually refered to The One (God-God) at times. Sun referring to Jesus.
He also talks about Lucifer and the Morning Dawn's Star Mercury. Samekh is also brought up which is Judaism. Tied to Sol. Absolutely foreign in these texts. The Caduceus device is mentioned which is a communication device that the God Mercury and Thoth used to talk in real-time.

Saint Peter was brought up as well. Jesus handed him the keys to heaven. The Gold and Silver Keys.

Metals, Minerals and Crystals are also plants. Isaac specifically wrote about this. No damn clue why this is not taught or explored. It comes directly from his hand and discovery. Smelting and bonding metals is basically working with a dead body. When metal becomes crystalline it acts similar as if it has DNA and grows. The atoms create structures and expand. If they become too cold or too hot this process is destroyed. If they have no liquid to build or resources they cease to organize. Sometimes re-growing on top of the original is not the same but it will continue by design. If you dismiss this fact and concept you will never proceed forward.

The stone is a living plant. As is our Sun, Sol. Just like all other stars.

Other higher species master real-time communication. Even higher species in higher kingdoms master the ability to travel among-through stars. Some master space/time calibration. Some master exploitation. We are all in this black donut sandbox with different kingdoms and goals.

It is how to build the stone using the Collective Method. It is exactly as it sounds.

If you are a physicist and reading this, I will tell you that our Sun shares these qualities above. Also. Crystalline or 'alive versions' of elements emit different light emissions than their dead versions. A key hint to this is that different sized gold nano-particles will produce different colors versus just flakes of gold. Like musical notes by frequency. Hypothetically, crystalline gold is the hidden line in sunlight for the large red gap. The fuel for energy is crystalline hydrogen and the beacon likely has this same fuel source waiting for it to be ignited by the energy of our sun. This is because those beacons are likely artificial suns waiting to light up.
