When we presented to the Assembly that a representative of the US political system referred to it as "tubes," they sustained our motion and allowed the usage of "reeds" to represent your Internet in our language.

To add insult to injury, the US is heavily under the influence of the Ael'Kayeen so in a way, it was as if they themselves were calling it "tubes."

What is going on is that humanity is either going to be dragged kicking and screaming into the light, or led back into the darkness in chains.

The quarantine was established here ostensibly to give us a chance to see what we could become without negative influence by aliens. It was intended to keep us ignorant of alien life in order that we not be fearful, nor worshipful, nor imitate these advanced beings who have been here from the beginning.

We had mimicked them via cargo cults, removing body parts and blood from one another as they did to us, thinking it would please them. They tried to mitigate this damage to our culture by redirecting us before withdrawing publicly. They influenced us to turn these learned behaviors into death rituals in Egypt for example, rather than doing it on the living as they did.

This was met with some success, but the Aztecs, and others who were unwilling to stop pulling hearts out and spilling the blood of thousands of captives, were incalcitrant. Therefore, maps were given and stories of gold were told to the ancestors of today's Europeans to encourage them to go conquer these stubborn peoples, which they did rather quickly.

Our willful amnesia and each generation's dismissiveness of the stories from the past as fictions rather than documentations of actual events made the quarantine possible, as did our burning of the library of Alexandria, among others.

Under the quarantine, the Assembly gave some aliens limited permissions to access us in a "catch and release way" with our memories altered or minds affected so that we would think any interaction with them was a bad dream, rather than a memory of a lucid event. The access was mainly for blood necessary for the Kayeen to sustain themselves, due to the terrible damage they had done to their own genome. They cannot survive without us.

However, the limited permission has been willfully ignored and subverted for some time by our so-called caretakers, in the names of profit and life extension.

Ever since the quarantine was enacted, aliens have used technology to look like us in order to infiltrate and influence us to do their bidding, or in the case of the Kayeen, overwrite some of us to influence or lead the rest of us. They also used synths to do extractions and take samples rather than grab us directly. We call these synthetics "the greys".

Basically, we became more cognizant of their vulnerabilities and had success killing them, even with their advanced tech. For example, like David killed Goliath, because we discovered that rocks can penetrate their personal forcefields that melt metals from swords, armor, and even bullets. Hiding and pretending to be human was their fall back position.

They quarantined us to keep the diseases dumped on us (in order to profit from the immunities we developed) from spreading to other worlds and species. Due to our ignorance, contaminates like E. Coli have now reached the moon through our astronauts. Aliens will not allow us to contaminate Mars with human settlements. All attempts to send humans there will be prevented or sabotaged.

The quarantine also hides what they are doing to us from those back home who have no idea of how quickly we've evolved and what we've endured. Many are ignorant of the happenings on Earth.

They also claim to want to protect their financial interests here, like copyright protection, and therefore this place cannot be accessed except by contractual approved agreement by the Consortium.

Of course, there are pirates in the skies as there are on the waters on Earth who don't care about rules and contracts who do as they please.

Those who follow the rules, who seek to help us from the Calibration Society, petitioned to speak through "a wall of reeds". Consider a friend whispering to inmates imprisoned behind walls of reeds that obscures your view of them. They can legally hint, encourage, and warn of threats, but you cannot see their faces or know for fact who they are. That is what is allowed. That is why RD is here.

The Kayeen led Consortium only agreed to this because they intend to overwrite us, and are required to give public notice first. Picking this place rather than someplace more relevant like CNN or the Wall Street Journal was done specifically so it could be dismissed and we take no action.

The fact that we're still here on year three shows our resilience. They will not sneak this by us. We have taken notice. Sure, there is a great deal of denial, defensiveness and dismissiveness, but we're not giving up. If this place is all we're given, so be it. We can still spread the information further, elsewhere.
