Why are they getting hepatitis?

It has something to do with particle entanglement, speaking in real time and pulsing the Fibonacci sequence with hydrogen... or something to that effect. I’ve been following this sub for a while now and I’ve never got any clearer of an answer than that. I’d like to know if there are any active groups that are working on this that might actually be getting close, who they are, how these things might actually be achieved, and etc.
