What's the most efficient way to develop my conscienceness and evolve to Ael?

I've spent the last few years fasting and not eating poison and trying to keep my focus not wasted. But I've only just learned the real specifics of humanity and our current situation in the universe. I've never done straight DMT. But I've experienced and experimented with it whenever my body naturally releases it. And it's the closest I've ever been to truth. I'm drifting off point but I just want to advance past this ape stage that me and all my peers are in. I know humanity secs have broken off and left the rest behind in the past and it's just idk. Maybe it's still just the path I'm on.
