I have a couple questions:
- When you say use something like the tap code and within the base 10 number system this means tapping numbers from 1 to 10 or actually using a tap code table with 10 rows and columns and being able to communicate numbers up to 100?.
- You also mentioned the golden ratio "as expressed after the 13th division". Does this mean a rational approximation to the ratio? i.e. 13/8 or 21/13.
- I don't fully grasp the connection between the wow signal and a possible entangled message. The wow signal was a radio signal at 1.42 GHz which being the Hydrogen line frequency has the ability to travel through space with the less interference. I don't see why I have to base my proton entanglement "radio" around this frequency if the signal won't travel linearly through spacetime. Unless, you refer to using spin-flips, since this frequency is associated with the spin-flip transition, maybe the "taps" are the spin-flips of a proton source, in this case induced with a magnetron? (maybe I can do this by hacking a microwave oven lol).
- As far as modern science is concerned, no possible information transfer is possible in this way. Obviously I'm willing to challenge the consensus because if not I wouldn't even consider exploring this ideas, but I have to revisit my quantum mechanics because I am beyond rusty on entanglement and non-locality.

Yeah but in this case it's something else. As RD said himself that frequency was there to give a clue on how to transmit the message. The frequency corresponds with a particular electronic transition in the hydrogen atom. The one from spin up to spin down on the single electron. My guess is that if we are to communicate using hydrogen atom entanglement, it would imply manipulating this system to do this transition in a controlled manner, sending rythmic pulses that demonstrate intelligent control of this effect. The so called beacon will have a system to measure electronic state of an hydrogen source and will receive the message in "real time"
