After choosing what information to put in they could have taken a cipher like (for random example) a Polybius square and fed the original text through to scramble it then broke the out put of that into a Hill cipher to mix it even farther. In order to crack layers like that the hill would have to be figured out first then the polybius either by a key phrase or pattern recognition. Almost every code has a special finger print in the way it scatters information. If the pattern can be found then we can be a step closer to solving it.

Even with it being intentional, if it was to distract from other activities it still would be giving evidence of there being space interactions and 'future' technology. I might be misreading information, but it sounds a little counter intuitive as a cover up unless it is a part of a different plan of their's.

I'm not doubting that there are A and B teams. What is odd about the NASA situation is how 'leaky' it is. It seems like they 'accidentally' forget that there are objects in frame or that they shouldn't mention certain details quite often.

I'm unsure if this is just due to how words were spelled back then but, certain words have extra or missing letters for example 'shall' vs 'shal' and 'she' vs 'shee'. Could it be possible that the Latin is a 'key' to a portion of code? If it is then maybe the random letters from trying Bacon's method could be in itself encoded?

NASA has also been taking note of flashes of light coming off the moon for a while now. How they describe it sounds kind of like blast mining of some sort.

It would certainly be easier to hide behind a boulder than having to move constantly on a merry-go-round.

I have a feeling that most of NASA might be being held at gun point to hide what they find or at very least getting threatened by somebody. If the people at there intend to hide every hint of not being alone, then why would they be giving out information on 'abnormalities' in the first place, that most would not know about unless told? Unless there is 'hand' with them or they are acclimating the public maybe. (When asking how the house cleaning is going the reply of "We did not accidentally find a trap door in your floor, and cover it up with a rug" sounds more suspicious than "it went well and we got you a new rug".)

What you've brought up seems to fit pretty well.
After looking at things again there probably is a story about Jesus in there.
Some parts of the video feel a little out of place though, and given how 'coincidence' is talked about here something is possibly burred in the details.
Parts of this situation may have been talked about before and need to be used at a filter of sorts. We most likely need to figure out a question.

On a side note: If the club is Earth the looming giant window in the ceiling leading out to the roof could be a reference to the current 'cage' around the planet.
The wine being spilled during the hand shake and the woman's old reflection, might be like how blood is being harvested to give others a kind of 'false youth'.
And the rebellious three seemed like they were upset with Jesus / Mullet Man taking the check from Satan / the man in the black suit.
(Whoever was in the rainbow plaid and purple hat, seems really out of place. I don't know why exactly other than the colors not matching and the man in the black suit tells them something.)

After watching and listening to the video pretty much on loop for a while now, there is a lot of information packed into it.

The room transforms into an art gallery event a moderate amount of people attending. (There is a painting towards the back under the window with a white face, and all of the wine bottles on the table seem to be empty.) Red ropes line the room.
There is a blind man in large glasses walking around using a cane and he seems to be going around on his own.
A person who is possibly Suspender Man goes up close to talk to a man in a red tie and black suit. (The woman in white next to them is wearing large glasses.)
There are photographers everywhere taking pictures.
On the platform under the window, Mullet Man is in a red shirt, on the left is somebody in rainbow plaid, and on the right is a man in a black suit smoking a cigar.
The man in the black suit nods in the direction of three somewhat rebellious looking men (black leather shirt with no sleeves, light brown coat over white shirt, black coat over black shirt) , to point them out to Mullet Man.
A red paint tube gets squeezed out by a fist.

The person who had gotten splashed with white paint on the floor is now on the roof where the other three were before, and falls breaking through the glass of the window.

There are parts that stand out a little, like the person that went off the color scheme by wearing rainbow plaid (wasn't bagpipe music mentioned in a different thread?), and all of the red fluids being spilled (blood symbolism).
The story woven in there reads similar to the history told here.
Is the song about what lead up to the 'youth industry'?
