You'll get over it. I miss Bread like you can't imagine(yet) but most days I forget I used to love it. Some days it would be nice to have a nice French Crust with some Garlic Butter and Toast it with cheese, but I know the damage to my gut would be so dramatic that it's just not worth the risk.

Yup, starting my own grow of Psilocybe mushrooms so I can guide them from spawn to fruiting and be with them throughout the process. I'm going to be growing them for myself and my immediate family, so we can try and heal from a lot of our traumas.

It seems if I use the Wim Hof Method, eat properly, heal my gut, and focus my intent on those things, that somewhere along the line, I will find what we seek. Or at least, some part of it.

Indeed, I forget the name of the individual, but he teaches how to train your internal organs, if you combine what he teaches, with what Wim teaches, you can work your internal organs by giving them an abundance of alkaline blood, give them the chance to heal. Combine with intermitten Fasting windows of at least 16 hours in between feeding windows and one could very well heal much of what has been "done" to us.

Combine with daily excercise, clean water and a few different Mushrooms as part of your daily diet and you may very well feel "Right as Rain".

As one who is working my way up the chain, but has yet to experience DMT, yeah I think that's a really apt way of describing Psychedelic experiences in general. Unless you've done it yourself, it's not really fully describable. The Other Worlds are fascinating.

Wim Hof's Method uses deep breathing methods. RD has previously stated we produce DMT with our lungs. Maybe start there?
