Thanks for this. I bought the book, read through most of it, but haven't tried it out yet. There's a lot of interesting information in it, some of it a little too scientific for me to understand. I've done other research outside of it, but I'm going to try gaining a bit more weight before attempting it just to be safe.

If you mean apps that spy or collection information on their users then that would be the majority of "free" apps. If it's "free" then there's a good chance that you're the product.

Has RD said anything about their being limit to how much punishment the Ael'Kayeens' shielding can take? Could a metallic building be collapsed on a few of them or would it too explode on contact? Would be nice to see, I suppose.
