I mean you can actually make a fusion device in your garage. I made one for my final high school physics practical project (in my country the advanced final year subjects are equivalent to the first year of university which you can actually skip if your grade is good enough) but to be quite honest I do wonder if such a low powered nuclear fusion device would be enough even if I did rebuild one. The energy levels are probably far too low, which leads to the issue, doesn’t it? Such a device would require a million or billion pound organisation’s resources to build. There’s hardly anything we can do for that.

That was quite a hilariously unscientific video. For anyone interested, the Kurzgesagt video is quite scientific and informative, taking into account water pressure and actual physics:

I'm rather confused as to precisely what the gun in this circumstance is? I thought the "gun" was another asteroid like the younger dryas type thingie?

Considering I like men anyway, I'm not sure it counts, but I'd have Jeff Goldblum at any age (above the AoC). As long as during the intimacy he would say to me in his Jeff Goldblummy voice "Must go faster, must go faster."

I know this is off topic, but I do wonder. Amongst the species we've discussed on these subreddits (Kayeen, Naigaje, Ba'alaket, others?) does homosexuality exist? Does homosexuality exist amongst other humanoid/ape-like sentient species, and if so, how is it viewed within those societies?

Is the concept of it being a "sin against god" a human conceit, or universal? Or perhaps is it viewed as an abnormality arising from a genetic predisposition that has been excised from the gene pool for quite some time?

Obviously I won't hold whatever facts you or anything, even if I don't like the answer. I'm not a petty SJW as to scoff at honest fact. I'd be fascinated to know, and would be quite grateful if you were to enlighten me.

I can understand where you're coming from, but I'd perhaps like to point out that even for us humans, the nuances of tone, warmth, coldness, geniality and deceit are difficult to pick up from written text alone. Personally I see this as an emergent failing in the way we record language as written communication becomes almost more prevalent than spoken. We need a system of "emotion" or "intention" marks that would help clear up so. many. misunderstandings.

Sorry, back to the point at hand, which is that these individuals are likely quite unfamiliar with the exact nuances that we do attempt (futile or not) through text, and things like "coming across cold or of mal intent" isn't something I think we can truly decipher from them just yet until they become more familiar with this particular form of communication. Let us remember aliens are choosing to communicate through an online forum infamous for negative opinion. It is a highly unusual form of contact that has problems of its own. I don't think they can be judged by our own online etiquette standards at this moment in time.

Hope I make sense and didn't just muddle my point completely.

Personally I'm more disturbed by the lifespan inequality amongst dogs. Obviously anatomical defects are a part of this, but when someone's pet dog has a lifespan of 7 or 8, while my little ones' breed is known for living into its late teens quite commonly, that's sad.

What we need to do in any circumstance is work on making sure dogs can live as long as we do, so we never have to lose them. :(

Interestingly, however, reverse google image searching them came up with nothing for me.

Given the way certain organised religions have been implemented over the past couple of thousand years to control us, I am at times amazed how easily we can throw off the shackles and go seeking the one in such vast numbers and with such ease.

Personally, I came across the "Ra Material" also known as "The Law of One" and while I have my doubts about how it was obtained, I find the understanding of The Infinite Creator given within to resonate with me powerfully, evoking a spiritual and primal emotional response.

Apostastrophe commented on 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 reddit

Forgive me for interrupting this stream of conversation, but in regards to this mostly correct observation, there are some relatively recent groups (within the last century, and especially the last decade) who either through extensive meditations or through the use of psychedelic substances, including that known as Dimethyltryptamine (clicking on that will provide you with a representation of its chemical structure, in case you are potentially unfamiliar with our name for it) have come up with various spiritual belief systems very close to this concept of God we are making mention of just now.

They vary greatly in their content and authenticity as to how the information was received, but many of them upon research tend to agree on the concept of God as the infinite creator, the infinite intelligence who through the power of thought and unity, has made this infinite and perfect multiverse of beings in order to somehow experience itself, or as was said somewhere here "To look through our eyes". While we were told much by he who is known as "Reptiliandude" or "Glycon", these rather advanced spiritual understandings have become quite widespread amongst the recent generation and those who after turning their backs on the logical fallacies and corruptions of organised religion, seek The One with their very souls.

Thanks. I did change a bit of the "we" to "I" as upon rereading it I felt a little uncomfortable speaking too much as if for others. I know that not all are feeling so benevolent towards species involved in the Consortium and not all are perhaps as lamely pacifistic and nicey-nicey as I am.

Apostastrophe commented on 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 reddit

Of course. I am sure there is great complexity in the representative position you hold, complexity in the ideas you communicate and complexity in the reasons that will be rather discombobulating for myself and others. I would hope, however, that you know that for those of us acquainted with the nature of this opportunity and the background information that he known as "ReptilianDude" or "Glycon" has shared with us, we will be making strenuous endeavours to attempt to understand all you say regardless.

While the songs of other species may have notes, meter, tempo and harmonies unfamiliar to us, we will always try to listen to, appreciate and to the best of our ability understand what the music conveys.

Greetings, ShyeeJanut.

Firstly I want to thank you and your people for your efforts and actions recently and in the time to come. While of course motivations are always a complicated matter, I am hoping that regardless, what you plan to do can only help us achieve what we must in order to escape the violations of the Ael'Kayeen. Additionally, I wish to thank you personally for respectfully acknowledging our sentience and as such, giving us this invaluable opportunity to communicate with you. I know I don't speak only for myself and while not for everyone, I imagine more than a few in general when I say I am truly honoured to be able to make contact with a member of your race. While our corrupt governments and elite may be less than egalitarian, and highly sinful in their behaviour towards others, I hope you will come to see that there are a number of us, that while individually lacking in the same resources and power, are open and welcoming to other forms of intelligent life. I personally respect life in all forms, and refuse to even partake of products created from animal flesh. I welcome you to our planet, as I would any other being who does so non-aggressively, and should you ever want to know of anything regarding us, I'd be happy to try to help if it is within my power. The majority of us are very different from the Siriv and morally bankrupt leaders installed by the Ael'Kayeen.

To everyone else,

I believe that 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 is the universal mathematic name of god, recognised by all sentient species. When we create the technology to answer the beacon, this is what we should attempt to communicate. Our plight is a complex issue, and while our language is clearly not too difficult to be analysed and learned for our advanced peers, when we are so technologically inept in the matter of "real-time" communications we need something simple, elegant and unmistakeable.

By sending a series of whole number pulses like this, the receiving species will have no choice but to respond. By communicating in real-time we not only take our place as an "Ael" species, but alert nearby races to our existence, sentience and undeniable position as a species worthy of independence and respect from others.

While some races know about what is going on, they don't act for selfish or financial reasons. By sending this message, they can ignore it no more, and even if not the Assembly, we will force their hands into recognising us and helping us. At least so I hope.

Thank you again, ShyeeJanut, wise sister for sharing this and reminding us of what needs to be done, and why.

Answering the Beacon.

Background: While I've not commented very much on the RD associated subs, I've been reading them almost religiously for quite some time. I came across them after a DMT "trip", where I was googling certain terms trying to find anyone who could relate to some of the things I had experienced. I came across the RD subreddit and have been rigorously going through the content since. One of the things that fascinates me most is the matter of answering the beacon. Now I'm fairly agnostic about most "theories", including religion, though I always try to keep an open mind, despite being a very skeptical person as a result of my extensive scientific training. Most of the out there theories (which this obviously is) leave me raising an eyebrow but I find the eloquency, straightforwardness and consistency of RD's information somewhat attractive. Something about it, whether a "resonance" as some would say, or wishful thinking, I find myself leaning towards believing what I've been reading.

My Info: I find myself spending a lot of time thinking about the little tidbits we've been given about the technology to answer the beacon, and considering what I know and how it could relate. For these sorts of things, I often find myself meditating on them, as in general when I'm stuck for understanding, inducing that sort of mental state can be helpful in making connections. Recently, I decided to meditate on it, while taking a very small quantity of DMT. At one point in the meditation I jumped up, utterly convinced I finally understood what we needed to do. Sadly, however even as I tried to write it down with increasingly frantic handwriting, it slowly melted away from my mind alongside my comprehension of it. Here, I shall type up what I can make out of my ramblings made, corrected for grammar and spelling only, but otherwise a reproduction of what I recorded in that mind state:

"There have been uncountable stars over the lifetime of the universe, back to the big bang where all of the universe's hydrogen was created. All of these atoms and subatomic constituents have at some point been in the same location and at the same event with one another. They are all connected with The One. The singularity from which all comes.

Over the course of the universe, hydrogen has been a part of a star, which died and become part of another. Protons and helium have been ejected from these fusion furnaces as radiation and travelled across the cosmos. All of these particles carry variously intense links to one another from their past "experiences".

The beacon reply technology works in a fusion-like event. The elemental hydrogen on earth was once part of our solar system's cloud. The majority of the hydrogen came from the same area of space, making it likely they were involved in the same fusion reactions from previous locations.

In the fusion-like reaction here on earth, the protons can be manipulated by electromagnetic fields to warp their molecular vibrations. With enough molecules involved, their hyper-spatial links with others will be affected, and those with sufficient technology will be able to detect these variations. The majority of hydrogen in our system is in the sun, and by creating the fusion like event we can bring them more in sync with one another. The ripple effect is such that the hydrogen here being manipulated will resonate with perhaps a counterpart which is within the sun, which will ripple to another within the sun. Eventually there will be an atom who ripples with an atom or antiparticle or related particle within another star. This is like an omnidirectional domino toppling. It relies on a three-way entanglement of [Unable to make out what was written next]

This triple-resonant-entanglement is the key to this situation. The web and chain of entanglements across the universe and galaxy between all hydrogen atoms. We can entangle hydrogen ourselves into two sources and give one to the intended recipient if they possess FTL to fine-tune our use of the technology until our detectors are powerful enough to detect the miniscule variations amongst such a large quantity of hydrogen.

The fusion-like event not only gives the hydrogen energy, but also attunes it easier to hydrogen undergoing fusion-like events in stars and in receivers. By attuning the resonant frequencies in all but the electromagnetic fluctuations we define the unnatural buzzes as artificial in origin.

We should try multiple ways of affecting the hydrogen's resonance, but do so in a pattern as such:

1,2,3,5,7,11 as "buzzes" and pauses. While numerical systems are not universal, basic arithmetic in natural whole numbers is surely universal and primes would be known. Or perhaps the Fibonacci sequence and sacred geometry would be universal."

Edit Important Note: There is a part about how the changes and reflections of spin work especially in relation to this, after the "Three part entanglement" comment but most of it is either illegible or makes absolutely no sense when I try to piece it together. I do know that it's the quintessentially important part of transmitting the information, and somehow magnetic fields are vital to manipulating it... in my "theory" anyway.

My Comments: While this does make a little sense to me, I know that at the moment I understood much more how and why exactly this can happen. There are also some almost completely illegible parts where I described how this effect can be manipulated in order to travel "through the mouths of stars" as RD has previously talked about.

I am aware that this is most likely the completely nonsensical ramblings of someone deluding themselves into believing they could in any way hold key information related to such a high technological use. I don't know if you, especially /u/garbotalk would even consider this of any use or note, but just in case, I thought I'd share it with you all.

Apostastrophe commented on Ab Ovo Usque Ad Mala... reddit

A little late to the party, but regardless of the other things, I think to try to equate this to a temperature in Fahrenheit is a very ridiculous notion. Firstly, our numeric temperatures are a purely arbitrary scale and system, with very little to do with natural numbers of mechanics. SI units are slightly more based on the natural physical order of the universe, but are still defined by our anthropocentric decimal bias amongst other things. I mean it was made up as a scale by a dutch man hundreds of years ago. There are so many scales that have been used throughout history.

Secondly, and more importantly in my opinion, is that if you wanted to draw a parallel to an arbitrarily defined unit of temperature that humans use, you would use celsius (which is also technically kelvins, which take absolute zero into consideration). The United States is one of the very few countries in the world that actually use Fahrenheit (around 5 or so), everybody else uses Celsius. I think it's rather narcissistic to imagine that somehow a meaningful number for the human race would be defined by a scale that only one major country, and 4.3% of the human race uses.

Just my opinion of course.

Apostastrophe commented on Transhumanism: Kayeen manipulation toward the chipping and overwriting of humanity. reddit

A little late to the party here, but wanted to chip in (hah) as I'm a little confused, living in the UK. Here, there is all but no such thing as "swiping" anymore. There's "chip and pin" or there's contactless chip. There is a chip on every single card that deals with payment from an account. This doesn't seem particularly recent a revelation to me either.

Are things different in the US (I assume)?

Apostastrophe commented on Understanding how aliens view us reddit

Vaguely related to the topic, I'd be curious to know and understand how the extraterrestrial races view the proliferation of sentient/sapient life on Earth compared to how we, Homo Sapiens Sapiens (what an arrogant species name!) do. I think this is essential too in understanding how another species might view us.

I think a large part of what allows us to respect another sentient life-form is an understanding of something we have in common - or rather certain signal markers of intelligence which are in some way mutually intelligible with our own. The Great Apes demonstrate anthropomorphic intelligent characteristics such as complex emotional behaviours (empathy, altruism in particular), self-recognition and tool-use. This however is a very human-centric view.

What about cetacea, who display highly intelligent behaviour? Certain species of dolphin and whale display vocal calls of complexity and range which rival our own spoken word language in more ways than one: different species and regional species variants display evidence of accent and even potentially different language. There have been documented reports of inter-species cetacean co-operation, where a group of one species may assist a lost or injured individual from another. Studies of the communications in these circumstances display the individuals co-mingling their "language characteristics" in a way that is analogous to bilingualism.

Do we see these obvious signs of intelligence and afford them the same respect? No, on a whole, we don't. Should we necessarily expect that kind of respect ourselves from races whose advances dwarf our own above our Terran brethren? From the behaviour of some, obviously we don't have it, being seen as little more than livestock. But then truly, in the manner of pot calling the kettle black, should we really be so outraged and righteous when we are perhaps just as bad? We have every right to strive for, and try to demand recognition, but we should not pretend we are somehow better than that ourselves. We test on intelligent animals, and use their bodies to create medicines and cures for ourselves. We have begun to understand and create protections for some species, but generally, the principle is the same, in my opinion.

The way aliens see us is not so different from how in their position we would. Perhaps we have more in common than we might imagine.

Perhaps I make little sense, but it's just what came to mind reading this.

(P.S. When I say "we" I am talking as a cultural opinion on the whole, not as individuals who may be more or less empathetic towards the plight of our fellow Terran sentients)
