The US dollar will be abandoned, and those relying on it will be enraged and impoverished. It was bad, it is time for something new.

The US shall retaliate, Even as earthquakes and natural disasters reign down upon them. Hopefully in a way that builds instead of destroys.

The South China Sea will lay a trap for the U.S. Navy, likely from underneath, hidden under the waves. There is no redeeming quality here, just empire building and wanting to gain influence. It it will come to no good end.

Gog/Magog=nonspecific northern kingdoms listed in the Old Testament.

Silk Road=Old China trade route, and the new trade arrangements that are currently helping it to spread its influence. Done over melting ice would, in my opinion be a reference to ignoring global warming and environmental restrictions placed on other Nations.

Stutterer=Biden, a supporter of the Green New Deal (who recently slipped and said he'd ban fracking, then back-peddled from that)

Helvetica... probably a reference to Switzerland, especially when in the same sentence as Creditsaltz and banking references.

Tyburn is a place where England hung a lot of people, especially before the English Civil War. Oliver Cromwell was the Lord Protector over England after the Civil War, and was incredibly authoritarian and ruthless, at least in many historical opinions.

Interesting to be sure... but not exactly what I think is meant here. Economists have been calling China's boom "The New Silk Road" for quite a while now, especially how it relates to Africa and rare earth metals used in modern batteries and electronics.

The Silk Road in the article you linked was also quite important, especially for setting up BitCoin and other crypto currencies as having real value that governments cannot control, leave it to the criminal underground to innovate...
